Deborah Tokarski is a devoted wife, mother and a proud grandmother of eight. She is a Board Certified Naturopathic Dr. who loves helping people. She began her education with a BS in Child Development. She is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant, a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and, has been a practicing Herbal Specialist for 28 years. In 2010 she was introduced to bioenergetics and was trained and licensed as a Holistic Allergist. Currently, as an owner of Allergy Free & More, she has had the honor of helping people rebalance their body and, improve their health, for more than nine years. 

Debbie Ackerman launched her career at Allergy Free & More back in 2016 as  Office Manager.  What she found, however, was a great deal more than a part-time job.  The possibility to solve her own health issues loomed directly ahead!

Debbie enrolled in Trinity School of Natural Health in 2017, beginning her education as Naturopathic Dr with an emphasis in MTHFR polymorphisms.  Currently working on her dissertation, she is prepared to assist in your natural healing journey.
